Academic Mission
The Master of Educational Leadership and Management program at Busitema University, Nagongera Campus, offers advanced training for aspiring and current leaders in educational institutions. This program equips students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in strategic planning, curriculum development, human resource management, and financial stewardship within educational contexts.
