Academic Mission

The Diploma in Public Health Dentistry (DPD) at Kampala International University, Ishaka Campus, provides foundational knowledge and practical skills in dental public health principles. This program focuses on the prevention and control of oral diseases within communities, emphasizing epidemiology, health promotion, and program planning. Students will explore the social determinants of oral health and learn to develop and implement effective public health interventions.
