Academic Mission
The Bachelor of Environmental Management program at Kampala University provides students with a comprehensive understanding of ecological principles and their application to real-world environmental challenges. This interdisciplinary program integrates coursework in natural sciences, social sciences, and policy to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to address complex environmental issues. Students will explore topics such as conservation biology, environmental impact assessment, sustainable resource management, and climate change adaptation. The curriculum emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical application through field studies, laboratory work, and project-based learning.
