Academic Mission

The Diploma in Human Resource Management program at the Management Training and Advisory Centre (MTAC) provides comprehensive training in the principles and practices of effective human resource management. This diploma-level program equips students with essential knowledge in areas such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Students will explore legal frameworks governing employment and develop skills in strategic HR planning and implementation. The curriculum emphasizes practical application through case studies and real-world scenarios to foster a strong understanding of HR's role in organizational success. Graduates will be prepared for roles in HR administration, generalist positions, and specialized HR functions.
