Academic Mission
The Master of Science in Human Nutrition program at Uganda Christian University provides advanced training in the scientific principles and practical applications of nutrition. This program equips students with a comprehensive understanding of nutrient metabolism, dietary assessment, public health nutrition, and the role of nutrition in disease prevention and management.
