Program Description

The Diploma in Public Administration and Management program at Uganda Martyrs Seminary, Namugongo equips students with a foundational understanding of administrative principles and management practices essential for effective governance. This program delves into core concepts of public policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation, alongside principles of organizational behavior and human resource management within public sector contexts.
