Academic Mission

The Master of Science in Sanitation program at Makerere University provides advanced training in the principles and practices of safe and sustainable sanitation systems. This program equips graduates with a comprehensive understanding of sanitation technologies, public health implications, environmental management, and policy development. Students will engage with theoretical frameworks and practical applications relevant to urban and rural sanitation challenges.
