Program Description
The Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics program provides a comprehensive understanding of the science of nutrition and its application in promoting health and managing disease. This program explores the biochemical, physiological, and social aspects of food and nutrition across the lifespan. Students will learn to assess nutritional needs, develop and implement dietary plans, and provide nutrition counseling. Emphasis is placed on evidence-based practice and the role of nutrition in clinical settings. Graduates are prepared for careers as registered dietitians, nutritionists, or health educators, equipped with strong analytical and communication skills.
