Program Description
The Master of Human Resource Management program at Uganda Christian University provides advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the strategic management of human capital. This program equips students with a comprehensive understanding of human resource functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Emphasis is placed on developing ethical leadership and fostering a positive organizational culture. Students will engage with contemporary issues in HRM, such as diversity and inclusion, organizational development, and the legal frameworks governing employment. The curriculum is designed to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for navigating complex HR challenges. Graduates will be prepared for leadership roles in human resources departments across various sectors.
