Program Description

The Master of Nursing – Nursing Education program at Uganda Christian University is designed to equip registered nurses with advanced knowledge and skills for leadership roles in nursing education. This master's level program focuses on curriculum development, instructional strategies, assessment techniques, and the ethical and professional principles guiding nursing education. Students will engage in critical analysis of contemporary issues in healthcare and education, preparing them to influence nursing practice and education at institutional and national levels. Graduates will be prepared for careers as nurse educators in universities, colleges, and healthcare institutions, or as curriculum developers and academic administrators. Key skills developed include pedagogical expertise, research application, and leadership in educational settings.
