Program Description
The Master of Science in Monitoring and Evaluation program at Uganda Martyrs University provides advanced training in the systematic collection, analysis, and use of data to assess the performance and impact of projects, programs, and policies. This program equips students with the theoretical frameworks and practical skills necessary for designing robust M&E systems, conducting rigorous evaluations, and communicating findings effectively to diverse stakeholders. Coursework covers quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data management and analysis, ethical considerations in M&E, and the application of M&E principles across various sectors.
