The Diploma in Procurement and Logistics Management program at the Management Training and Advisory Centre (MTAC) provides comprehensive training in the strategic and operational aspects of acquiring goods and services and managing their flow. Students will gain a deep understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, transportation, warehousing, and contract negotiation. The curriculum emphasizes best practices in ethical sourcing, risk management, and the application of modern technologies within procurement and logistics functions.
