Program Description

The Bachelor of Project Planning and Management program at Uganda Management and Technology University (UTAMU), Kungu Campus, provides a comprehensive foundation in the principles and practices of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. Students will acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in areas such as scope definition, time management, cost estimation, risk assessment, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.
