By observing the movement of people and identifying peak hours, Daniel can position his b usiness where demand is highest, increasing his chances of making consistent daily sales. Level of Competition The presence of many juice sellers in one area shows that there is demand for juice, which is a good sign for Daniel. However, he must study how these competitors operate and identify their weaknesses, such as lack of refrigeration or poor hygiene. Instead of avoiding competition completely, Daniel should use it as an opportunity to offer better quality juice, improved packaging, and cold beverages , which will help him stand out and attract more customers. Accessibility and Visibility A good business location must be easy for customers to see and reach without difficulty.
